You don’t need an appointment to renew your passport. You can drop-off or mail us your application.
Your application must include:
1. a completed, signed, and dated application form (make sure you keep your signature within the white box), and
2. two recent Australian passport-sized photos. Please write your full name on the back of one of the photos.
Once the application has been assessed as complete, you will receive an online payment link to make payment for the new passport.
